We are recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor within our Sheffield office; this role is a permanent, office-based position. About the role:
The role requires you to proactively engage with internal and external customers, support our Field Collection agents with directions, queries, and Warrant results, ensuring the system is updated with accurate information. You will carry out regulated collections and debt recovery procedures in accordance with company policies, ensuring targets are met. The Customer Relations team is responsible for arranging Court date bookings, Warrant execution dates, coordinating external contractors for Warrant execution, and managing daily update files from multiple clients, ensuring cancellations are processed and data is cleansed.
Person Specification:
* Experience in handling and resolving difficult situations
* Ability to manage high caseloads efficiently
* Successful at meeting client SLA’s
* Good understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
