The Opportunity:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers. This role offers excellent career progression and the chance to grow within a supportive, high-performing sales environment.
Your main focus will be proactively engaging with individuals within target accounts, presenting our value proposition, identifying business needs, and qualifying them for further discussions with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strong understanding of our offering and the value it delivers to customers.
* Follow up on inbound enquiries to identify and qualify high-value opportunities.
* Identify, nurture, and qualify prospects from your own target account list.
* Use outbound sales activities including phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate and qualify meetings.
* Maintain and manage a pipeline of engaged prospects, converting interest into well-qualified opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of B2B sales, BDR, or SDR experience (ideally in a similar environment).
* Highly organised, goal-driven, and motivated to advance your career in sales.
* Clear ambition to progress into senior sales roles.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Curious, focused, and committed to achieving strong results.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
