What We Offer £21.55 per hour Contracted to Bank Hours Free PVG, Free uniform and onsite parking What You Will Do As a Registered Nurse on our day shift team, you will provide person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. You will be responsible for medication administration, monitoring clinical observations, leading and supporting the care team throughout the day, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and empowered. With a strong focus on promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, you will contribute to a calm, engaging, and homely atmosphere. You will also respond promptly to any changes in residents’ health and ensure that all care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with best practice.
