Where will you be working?
M Group Highways
At M Group Highways, were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

Youll be joining our Civils projects team working on Sizewell C - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach

What will you be doing?
You'll lead associated site team including M Group supervision and subcontractors to successful completion of works.
You'll be responsible for managing change on site in line with the NEC contract conditions.
We'll ask you to monitor site activities against target programmes reporting exceptions in outputs, delays etc.
Along with all works activities to ensure that they meet the Works Specification and are being delivered in a safe manner following the principles of our behavioural based safety initiative, It Starts With Me;
You'll client meetings to provide them with a delivery update and manage any adverse issues.
What youll bring A good level of experience in civil engineering and workforce supervision including earthworks; drainage and structures in a highways environment;
A good level of commercial acumen to facilitate cost control;
Effective team management, leadership and influencing skills to get the best from everyone;
Excellent customer skills and the ability to work collaboratively in all situations;
The ability to remain flexible in your approach to the role whilst embracing change and helping to manage the change process;
