Your role will be, to manage the packaging artwork critical path for Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie and Goodfella, championing best practice in Origination (artwork, repro & print quality) in order to deliver an efficient and cost-effective service to the Marketing department. Resolving artwork/packaging queries and providing support to Brand Managers to deliver within agreed timelines You will be coordinating artwork processes between key stakeholders, both internal and external Ensuring consistency of execution across all Birdseye, Aunt Bessie and Goodfella artworks Define Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie and Goodfella artwork management Process and best practice across the UK Define the Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie and Goodfella print process and best practice, working especially closely with the Co-pack buyers Ensure accurate and timely delivery of artwork files to the print suppliers Attend pe-artwork meetings when required Provide input on design features and appropriate print processes Check artwork on receipt and each stage until approved Ensure accuracy of content by comparison with technical brief provided Approve colour standards on packaging Raise purchase orders for all artwork Maintain the agreed artwork management databases, folders, and mailboxes Ensure all artwork process and procedures are updated and maintained. Co-ordinating the artwork process for all GB artwork projects as raised for Birds eye, Aunt Bessies & Goodfellas Reviewing and supplying feedback to Design Agency on proposed design layout, text, copy, colour etc., Creation of marketing templates with assistance of the marketing team & uploading onto the workflows Create and manage workflows on ESKO (Artwork management system) Review & collate comments (escalating & confirming any queries on Artwork directly with the Project Team if necessary) Proof reading of all artwork against marketing template, specs & coding docs, escalating any queries with discussions Pro-actively looking forward on project timings and escalating any timing issues to Project Manager, Factory (or printer) Reviewing approved artwork GMG proof against colour targets supplied along with the Brand Manager Managing workplan spreader for all 3 businesses ensuring workload is manageable and achievable Supply weekly workbook to all factory contacts, marketing RDQ, planning, packaging & repro Agency Essential Artwork and packaging coordinator (3yrs minimum) Experience with artwork and design Understanding of technical aspect of print processes Communication Ability to prioritise workload on multiple projects Organisational skills Attention to detail and proof reading Experience in FMCG Good IT skills Able to build and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders Ability to drive the cross functional team to complete their tasks on time to meet deadlines Desirable Project Management Experience with ESKO
