We are looking for a senior structural engineering candidate to work at Associate Director level, based in our new Cambridge office. This role will allow you to help take the lead on developing and growing this currently small office.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver design and project delivery for building projects.
* Develop client relationships and grow new business.
* Assist in expanding the team and office presence.
Qualifications
* Chartered (ICE or IStructE) structural engineer.
* Significant experience in buildings design.
* Pro‑active, self‑starting individual with strong technical expertise.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to develop client relationships and win new business.
* Eligible to live and work in the UK.
