Consult are proud to be supporting a fast growing organisation in the dental sector as they look to appoint a Sales & Partnerships Manager. This is a relationship led commercial role focused on engaging with practices, opening up conversations and helping them access the support they need to grow.
The Role
You’ll be speaking with practice owners, managers and clinicians on a regular basis, understanding what they’re trying to achieve, where the challenges are and how the right digital and commercial activity can make a difference. It’s consultative rather than transactional, so you’ll need to be confident holding proper, value led conversations.
Day to day, you’ll build and nurture a pipeline through outreach, LinkedIn engagement, warm introductions and industry events. There’s genuine room for this role to grow into something more strategic as the team and function expand.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak to people who already understand the dental landscape. You might be working in a dental commercial role now, supporting practices, or coming from a TM background - either way, you’ll know the market and the key decision makers.
You should also have a solid grasp of how digital activity affects practice performance. Not the jargon - just the real world impact on patient flow, visibility and revenue.
