Role Summary

To provide excellent administrative and PA support, where required.

Key Responsibilties

* To work closely with the Senior Corporate Support Manager, providing administrative support where required.
* To plan, organise and communicate logistics around core conferences and congresses, as a key member of the Autolus Congress Management Team.
* To provide administrative support to the Corporate Support Team during peak activity.
* To assist in planning / coordination and to provide “on the ground” support for events when required.
* To arrange complex travel, and accommodation.
* To produce high quality documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* To assist with PO management and invoice payments.
* To take minutes during team meetings.
* To devise and maintain office systems, including data management, SharePoint, Monday.com, and maintaining databases.
* To maintain and update internal online sites for company planning and communication.
* To assist with internal and external booking of meeting rooms, including room setup, catering, and AV for meetings, as required.
* To oversee projects as required.
* To support the EA team with congress management organisation and activities.
