Job Summary

Duties
* Assist in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Provide training and support to new team members, fostering a positive work environment.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
* Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, preferably in a restaurant and busy bar setting.
* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience using a coffee machine, bar work and restaurant setting.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
