Are you an experienced Quality Specialist Trainer with a passion for ensuring excellence in quality processes and programs? Can you effectively coordinate and oversee training initiatives to support business objectives?
Church & Dwight UK Ltd have a vacancy for a permanent Quality Specialist Trainer based at our manufacturing site in Folkestone, Kent.
As the Quality Specialist Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting quality processes and projects, as well as coordinating and overseeing the Training program for the Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Support quality processes and projects, including leading minimal complexity or appropriate scope project areas
2. Conduct reviews, data analysis, and data summaries to make conclusions and develop recommendations
3. Present findings to the team in support of current processes and programs
4. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D and Supply Chain
5. Coordinate and oversee the Training program for the Europe region
Requirements:
6. University degree from an accredited institution in a related field
7. Over 3 plus years of technical experience with a demonstrated track record
8. Specialist knowledge/expertise in consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills
11. Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter
12. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
