* Complete Air conditioning maintenance & small works across a number of large commercial and retail sites.
* Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works when needed
* Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services
* Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services.
* Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer with previous experience in the FM industry and an eagerness to learn and develop. Wider building services knowledge would be an advantage.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Ability to work at heights and work in confined spaces etc.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Customer focused
* Self-motivated
* High degree of mobility to travel throughout the area, NVQ Level 2/3 - Air conditioning & Refrigeration
* City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1
* Full UK Driving License
