Head Coach - Zurich, Switzerland (£75K UK Equivalent)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum UK Equivalent + Bonus Potential & Relocation Package

Responsibilities
* As a (head) coach you represent our brand externally and internally
* Be a great leader, role model, for our clients and our team
* Execute well-trained Run & Lift classes based on the programming from the studio for a cohesive experience
* Keep a flexible schedule teaching classes (4-14/week), up and down based on business needs
* Connect with clients on behalf of NOW and support growing the studio
* Scout & recruit new coaches train and develop new and existing coaches
* Hold catch-up/feedback meetings and trainings for the team
* Assure a high level of service
* Be responsible for a good team culture (organize one team event per quarter/half year)
* Take part in regular meetings with team, Studio Manager as well as our CEOs
* Support to grow our community/brand, e.g. with marketing campaigns and on Instagram
Characteristics & Track Record
* Passion for immersive Run & Lift and our NOW brand
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading fitness brand, preferably in a leadership role
* Flexible in their time to teach in the morning 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., lunchtime 11:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., evening 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. weekdays or weekends and holidays (4-14 sessions per week)
* Full of positive energy and enthusiasm Reliable and professional
What You Get
* Above average fix salary (20-100%, up to CHF 80k to start) (incl. paid holidays) and variable payment depending on success of studio
* Relocation package CHF 1-5k
* Opportunity to work in leadership team, as reformer (head) coach in our 5 tone. studios or as Studio/Community Manager Assistant or grow into the Head of Training and Product role as NOW & tone.
