Assistant Centre Manager Needed In Kilmarnock,East Ayrshire:
1. Basic Salary up to £35,000 DOE-£38,200 OTE
2. Monday – Friday with occasional weekend cover
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to help lead a busy automotive service centre. You’ll support the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations, team leadership, customer service, and ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of management, hands-on involvement, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Centre Manager:
3. Support the Centre Manager with the daily running of the site
4. Help manage workloads, staffing, and operational targets
5. Monitor and maintain stock levels
6. Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times
7. Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver top-quality service
8. Provide an excellent customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
9. Maintain compliance with company processes and policies
Requirements required for the Assistant Centre Manager Role:
10. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the automotive or fast-fit sector
11. Excellent leadership and organisational skills
12. Strong customer service and communication skills
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
14. Full UK driving licence
