Key Responsibilities: Perform high-precision TIG welding on thin-gauge materials including aluminium, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium. Fabricate complex components and assemblies using technical drawings, CAD models, and verbal instructions. Work to extremely tight tolerances, ensuring all components meet F1 and motorsport quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and designers to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to maintain consistent, high-quality results. Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant workshop environment.
