We are passionate about providing high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities. We provide residential and supported living care, based in small, unique family style homes. The ethos of all our homes is to support independence, dignity, choice and achievement by helping people to live the lives they choose. This is a part-time position, working 100 hours per month. What you'll be doing : We seek a Support Worker with the right values and behaviours to care for and support adults with learning disabilities and other health related needs. At Old School House, you'll join a team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults based on their needs. You will assist them in every aspect of their daily lives, including personal care by providing a safe and supportive environment that enables individuals to feel valued, reach their potential and nurture their aspirations. You may be required to drive a COT pool car (manual) to drive/accompany the residents to appointments and activities. For business/driving purposes you will need to be 21 or over. What will you need: You don't need to have previous experience or qualifications to get started. We will provide learning and development support to help you become an excellent Support Worker.
