About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:
1. Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals—whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
2. Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
3. Focus on doing what’s right for our members—without the pressure of sales targets.

This is an amazing opportunity to join our successful team in Kings Lynn & Wisbech. We have a fantastic team underpinned by a shared goal of providing joyful customer experiences. We see lots of regular customers and love encouraging new ones to our branch, our customers quite often comment on the family like atmosphere and we take pride in the service they receive. Our Kings Lynn branch is located in the high-street and is in close proximity to all of the other financial institutions and very easily accessible. It is also nearby the central bus station and a train station just a short walk away. Our Wisbech branch is located in the centre of the town on the market square and is also a short walk away from the nearby bus station. There is also free parking available from this branch for when it is required.
You will have lots of opportunities to network and you may be required to cover other branches in the local area. This is a really varied role and no working day is the same, from serving customers on our counter, opening or changing accounts, helping us prepare and deliver Money Minds sessions to help educate adults and children on all matters money, to preparing and delivering frauds and scams sessions - we really are a branch that like to keep busy and are passionate about purposeful working.
