Goals and Objectives Complete assigned configuration tasks following documented procedures or best practices. Test and document new configuration processes and technologies. Maintain and support internal networking infrastructure. Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Assist the Sales Team with scoping and quoting. Present a professional image in all interactions. Review and enhance staging processes to improve efficiency. Contribute to the development and maintenance of build documentation. Perform other tasks as required to support business goals. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Maintain relevant technical certifications. Additional Responsibilities Communicate and liaise with all levels of partner and vendor contacts. Regularly build on technology certifications relevant to designated product areas. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
