Key responsibilities Generate and grow your own client base while maximising in-branch opportunities. Follow up on warm leads from the estate agency team and convert them into business. Work closely with admin, compliance, and training teams to ensure smooth processes for clients. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completion—always going above and beyond. Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
