Your Role Will Include:
* Teaching a full class in line with the national curriculum, with support from experienced phase leaders and teaching assistants
* Creating a safe, encouraging classroom where pupils feel confident to express themselves and take risks
* Planning creative, purposeful lessons that support progress across academic, emotional, and social development
* Collaborating with colleagues, SEN staff, and parents to ensure every child gets the support they need
What They're Looking For:
* QTS (or expected award of QTS by September 2025)
* A passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact in your first school
* An open, reflective mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
* Patience, creativity, and consistency—especially when supporting pupils with additional needs
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
