Position Description:
- Oversee daily production, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Manage inventory and ingredient procurement, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef of the culinary team to align the kitchen offering with the restaurants overall vision.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining/gourmet restaurants. or 3 AA Rosette experience.
- Ambitious individual within the scope of their work.
- Academic training in cooking and a deep understanding of pastry making is preferred.
- Creative skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
