Operations Coordinator for Award-Winning Transport Company (Norwich)
Contract Personnel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Coordinator to join a prestigious transport company located on the outskirts of Norwich. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries both online and in-person at the showroom
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
* Plan efficient driving routes for the team
* Manage the schedule for a large pool of drivers
* Drive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and shows
* Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTs
* Order and manage car parts for the fleet
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises
What We’re Looking For:
* A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* A confident, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* A willingness to undergo training for a Broadland Licence
* A genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required during busy periods, including evenings and weekends)
Salary: From £25,000 annually (DOE)
