As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
* Create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; put residents’ needs first and provide a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.
* Support residents with their daily activities in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided.
* Must demonstrate a flexible, hardworking and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to participate in paid training and development opportunities.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a care setting.
