Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone etiquette, strong computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to callers or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
* Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
* Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with administrative procedures
* Ability to type accurately and efficiently
