Samples Assistant
The Samples Assistant is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer sample orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive the correct product samples quickly and in perfect condition, supporting both customer satisfaction and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
* Accurately pick sample items from designated storage locations using pick lists
* Carefully pack samples to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
* Check orders for accuracy before dispatch (correct items, quantities, and labelling)
* Prepare parcels for shipment, including printing and attaching labels
* Replenish sample stock and maintain tidy, well‑organised picking areas
* Report low stock levels, damaged items, or discrepancies to a supervisor
* Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
* Follow all health & safety procedures and safe manual handling practices
* Assist with goods‑in, stock counting, and general warehouse duties when required
* Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to improve efficiency or reduce errors
Person Profile
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow processes and written instructions
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Able to work on feet for extended periods and carry out light manual handling
* Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or logistics experience
