Senior Bank Physiotherapist – Tunbridge Wells Hospital. This bank position is ad hoc and suited for an experienced Physiotherapist wishing to work for a leading not‑for‑profit healthcare organisation. The role offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent evidence‑based clinical care on the wards that is safe, effective, caring, well‑led and responsive to patient needs.
* Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
* Maintain compliance with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards.
* Participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Experience in elective orthopaedics (essential).
* Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
* Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
* Strong IT and organisational skills, capable of prioritising and managing a varied workload efficiently.

Additional Information
Work is on a bank basis, meaning you are not contracted to a fixed number of hours per week. You will have clinical support from senior Physiotherapists and leadership from the on‑site management team. A comprehensive induction will be provided.
