This role will be well suited to an experienced and personable candidate who possesses exceptional organisational, numerical and computer skills, is able to communicate confidently and is capable of building long-lasting working relationships. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Chasing overdue invoices and payments in a timely manner Working closely to resolve customer queries and problematic accounts Building positive working relations with key accounts Opening new accounts for customers, performing credit checks and terms reviews Using initiative to suggest and develop any improvements to current ways of working Weekly debtors meeting with team and management Working closely with the sales team to resolve disputes and issues that may impact collections Required Skills and Experience: At least one years’ experience in a finance role Boast a tenacious, problem solving attitude Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach Excellent attention to detail Well organised and self-motivated with an ability to priories and manage workload Excellent written and verbal communications Adaptable and flexible Benefits Include: Flexible working hours 25 days plus bank holidays Bonus Scheme Fantastic work culture Great support and mentorship “Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
