Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies. Maintain accurate and organised purchase ledger records. Assist with month-end processes and reporting requirements. Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and ensure smooth transactions. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in all financial processes.Profile A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have: Previous experience in a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
