We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Home & Personal Care (Initially Maternity cover 12 months)
Location: UK & Ireland (Field-based)Reporting To: Segment Sales ManagerSector: Home & Personal Care | Packaging & LabellingAre you a results-driven Business Development professional looking to make an impact in a growing market?We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Home & Personal Care segment, helping us outperform the market and build long-term customer partnerships.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:
1. Driving new business acquisition and growing key accounts
2. Developing and executing a segment growth strategy
3. Managing opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
4. Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
5. Identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving margin
6. Working closely with sales, estimating, production and customer service teams
7. Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, activity and forecast.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own your territory and make a real commercial impact.What We’re Looking For
8. Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
9. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Desirable:
• Experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing
• Knowledge of Home & Personal Care markets
