Job Opportunity
Join our busy GP practice at Acorn Health Centre, Accrington, as a Care Navigator. This role involves being the first point of contact for patients, supporting their needs by directing them to the most suitable team member. You will also provide general assistance to the practice team and promote a friendly environment for patients and visitors, via in-person, written, or telephone communication.
1. Provide comprehensive reception services, responding promptly to telephone and face-to-face inquiries.
2. Register patients on the electronic system (EMIS) and update records as needed.
3. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
4. Work accurately and efficiently as part of a team or independently within practice policies.
