What you will do as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
Prepare and organize ingredients, ensuring accurate portioning and proper storage.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including labeling and cleanliness.
Assist in the daily production of pastries, including baking, decorating, and plating.
Monitor ingredient quality and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service and timely preparation.
About you
Proven Experience in pastry preparation, creativity, and strong teamwork. Skilled in pastry techniques, presentation, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
