AGCO is Looking for Warranty Controller experience in Full controlling of expenses and revenues in the areas of warranty, extended warranty, goodwill, and retrofit programs. Ensuring compliance with audit-compliant processes and controls (internal and external). Primary contact for auditors.
Your Impact
1. Month-End Closing and Reporting. Preparation of all bookings for month-end closing in SAP related to warranty, extended warranty, goodwill, and retrofit programs
2. Allocation to provisions for invoiced units and new retrofit programs
3. Intercompany settlements between ESOs and AIG as well as between other regions (NA, APA) and AIG. Reclassification of period expenses against provisions, work order billing, and cost center clearing
4. Update of the provision schedule, including all movements. Final account reconciliation in SAP
5. Quarterly Reporting & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
Your Experience and Qualifications
6. Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, 3 years of experience.
7. Very good English skills (spoken and written).
8. Good knowledge of SAP, especially SAP CO module and SAP BI.
9. Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Excel.
10. Personal Skills like Team player, Initiative and self-motivation, independent working style, Analytical thinking skills, Reliability, Attention to detail, Quick comprehension, Resilience, Flexibility.
