Our client, a multi-award-winning boutique law firm, is seeking experienced Private Client lawyers to join their growing team on a fee-sharing basis. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious firm that offers a 4-day work week, fully flexible remote working, and a competitive fee-sharing arrangement. Due to significant growth, they are expanding their Private Client Law team with highly experienced and motivated lawyers who bring their own client following. The Role As a Senior Associate or Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the Private Client Law team, bringing and building a substantial client following. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a firm that values flexibility and work-life balance whilst providing expert legal advice across various areas of Private Client Law. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Management and Development: Managing and growing your portfolio of Private Client matters Bringing an established client following Generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships Building your practice with full autonomy and flexibility Legal Advisory: Providing expert legal advice across various areas of Private Client Law including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Estate Administration Handling complex Private Client matters with full case ownership Delivering high-quality legal service aligned with the firm's reputation for excellence Business Development: Contributing to the firm's growth and success through strategic business development Maintaining and expanding your client base with full back-office support Leveraging the firm's reputation and resources to develop your practice About You Essential Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with current practising certificate at Senior Associate or Partner level Proven experience generating and managing a substantial client portfolio of c.£200,000 per annum in Private Client Law Established client following with demonstrable track record of business generation and client retention Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills with ability to work autonomously Expertise across various areas of Private Client Law including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning Excellent client relationship management skills with commitment to exceptional service delivery Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach with ability to thrive in a flexible, remote working environment Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage own practice effectively Desirable: Experience working in a boutique or specialist Private Client practice Proven track record of business development and practice growth Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate planning Specialist expertise in niche areas of Private Client Law What's On Offer Competitive fee-sharing arrangement based on client following and business generation Performance bonuses: 10% bonus for billing above three times the salary threshold and additional 10% bonus for own business generated above individually agreed minimum threshold 4-Day Work Week: Enjoy full remuneration while working a reduced schedule Fully Flexible Remote Working: Work from anywhere in the UK with complete flexibility Outstanding company culture with multi-award-winning firm recognised for workplace wellbeing and innovation Full back-office support allowing you to focus on client work and business development Professional freedom with autonomy to manage and develop your own practice Work-life balance prioritised by the firm's progressive approach How to Apply If you are a driven Private Client lawyer with a proven track record and established client following looking for a role that offers complete flexibility, a supportive culture, and competitive fee-sharing rewards, we want to hear from you.
