THE ROLE & TEAM
As the Facilities Manager, you will ensure that the office and wider premises are maintained to an exceptional standard, creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all colleagues and visitors.
You will provide high-quality support across a range of activities and tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach and a strong commitment to service excellence.
You will be required to travel between offices so it is essential you do own a car.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing all administrative and facilities-related responsibilities across our Leeds and Lancs office.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations i
* Dealing with contractors
* Arranging repairs and replacing equipment when necessary.
* Overseeing Health and Safety.
ABOUT YOU
• Experience or exposure of working in an administrative supervisory environment is desirable but not essential.
* Experience working in Facitilties.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills essential
