Kitchen Manager/ Senior Chef
40 hours - 5 days a week with alternating weekends.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and food preparations.
Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships.
Plan and maintain staff rotas.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
Cost and maintain menus in line with target budgets.
Lead, train and support the kitchen team.
Maintain consistency, quality and efficiency across all service.
Requirements: Proven experience in a senior kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
Experience with stock control, ordering and cost management.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Food handling certification.
