Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. Duties
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
* Implement care plans developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals, adapting as necessary to meet the changing needs of clients.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to relevant parties.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment for clients.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is highly desirable.
* Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
* Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
* Ability to follow care plans accurately while being adaptable to individual client requirements.
