Our client is seeking an Operational Specialist to support core business operations and compliance activities. The role combines risk oversight with operational execution and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
* Supporting operational execution and regulatory oversight across the business.
* Monitoring and managing relationships with outsourced service providers.
* Managing service level agreements and ensuring performance standards are met.
* Supporting credit governance and decision-making processes.
* Strengthening internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, governance and internal policy requirements.
* Supporting risk management and operational control processes.
* Assisting with reporting, reviews and compliance monitoring activities.
* Supporting business teams to improve service delivery and client experience.
* Contributing to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a financial services or related environment and demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. They will have a good understanding of compliance, risk and operational processes, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach are essential, and the successful individual will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a regulated environment.
