We’re recruiting with a main contractor for a Project Manager to deliver a major roads and structures project in Kent. The project is getting underway this Spring and will run for 2 years’ with the possibility of further phases of work. The contractor is renowned for their culture, excellence in delivery and development of people with a good track record and pipeline in the South East.
The main of scope of work comprises of a new 500m carriageway, with a 250 meter viaduct spanning a river, floodplain and railway line - the structure will feature five spans. The Project Manager will be responsible for the structures package of the project, engaging and managing different subcontractors and the complexities of working across the river and rail line, with challenging ground conditions and space.
It is essential you have experience of managing the construction of new structures – maintenance of structures will not be considered.
The package reflects the role, car allowance/car, bonus scheme, pension contributions and 26 days holiday (option sell/purchase).
