Key Responsibilities

* Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold contact to final contract negotiation.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders, including procurement leads and care home managers.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position our services as the premier choice in healthcare staffing.
* Remote Collaboration: Work independently while maintaining strong communication lines with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery matches sales promises.
Requirements
* Sector Expertise: Healthcare recruitment experience is essential. Must demonstrate a proven track record of selling staffing solutions within the UK healthcare or social care markets.
* Sales Acumen: Natural ability to open doors, negotiate complex terms, and close deals.
* Territory Management: Experience managing large geographical patches (specifically the South East or South West) is highly advantageous.
* Self‑Starter: Ability to work with total autonomy in a fully remote capacity, staying motivated by targets and results.
