Civils & Reactive Works Manager - National
OUTCO is a market leader in outdoor estate management, delivering essential civil engineering and reactive works across the UK. We're looking for a results-driven Civils & Reactive Works Manager to take ownership of our small civils and reactive works projects, while driving new business through effective estimating and client engagement.
THE ROLE
* Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale civils and reactive works
* Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for new projects
* Support business growth through identifying and converting sales opportunities
* Oversee teams of operatives and subcontractors on live sites
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Use company systems to maintain accurate records, pricing, and reporting
* Deliver KPI's and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers' requirements are achieved
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in civils, infrastructure, or reactive maintenance
* Strong estimating skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
* Good IT skills, confident user of CRM systems, MS Office and able to use web-based systems.
* Can demonstrate success in improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
