The Role
A Sales Associate plays a vital role within our stores, working with a dedicated team, engaging with premium products, customers, and achieving daily targets.
Your goal is to create a memorable ‘Castore experience’ for customers, informing them about our products and driving service and sales excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
2. Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
3. Providing excellent customer service.
4. Advising and assisting customers.
5. Handling complaints or escalating serious issues to the manager on duty.
6. Conducting customer transactions.
7. Replenishing stock on shelves.
8. Assisting with store deliveries.
9. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts.
10. Identifying opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
