International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME) issuing activities, as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams outside of the United States under a single organization to accelerate our growth. How will you make an impact in this role? - Execute strategic analysis across International markets to inform Pricing strategies identify revenue generating opportunities - Partner with colleagues across markets and business units to address pricing challenges or evaluate promotional campaigns. - Work with multiple Business & Credit Risk partners to optimize Pricing and Line to drive profitable ADB and Revolve Rates. - Support Leadership and markets with delivery of new Pricing and Line capabilities and features. - Work with multiple business & technical teams to develop/optimize Pricing strategies across ICS markets to grow Lend revenue. - Conduct performance tracking of deployed initiatives and develop proposal for enhancements. - Execute quantitative analyses to diagnose, validate and inform drivers behind revolve rate trends - Develop and maintain forecasting tools of key lending metrics to support business planning Minimum Qualifications: - Strong quantitative and analytics acumen to support decision-making rigor. - Demonstrates ability to utilize financial, credit bureau and behavioural data to develop business insights shaping growth strategies and initiatives. - Solid understanding of the economics of lending products and key levers of profitability - Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills - Self-Starter with strong organizational skills - Bachelor's Degree Required Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Hive and SQL Qualifications We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
