Job Title: Food Production SupervisorLocation: Northfleet, KentContract: Permanent
We are seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor. This position is responsible for managing production staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are upheld, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members
* Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, etc.)
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Train and support team members to meet production and quality goals
* Report on production metrics and work closely with management
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing supervision
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if needed
Day shift and night shift available
Salary 30k to 34k depending on shift and experience
