Private Client Solicitor (Wills & Probate) – Derbyshire
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable legal practice in Ripley, Derbyshire.
Our client is seeking a skilled and empathetic Fee Earner to join their busy Wills and Probate / Private Client team. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse range of private client matters and provide crucial legal support to individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, and Court of Protection applications.
* Conducting client meetings to understand their needs and provide professional legal advice.
* Drafting, updating, and producing Wills and LPAs with accuracy.
* Undertaking property inspections and relevant legal research.
* Ensuring high levels of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Effectively managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* 5- years PQE within Private Client law.
* Proven experience in professional Will and LPA drafting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
* A caring and empathetic approach to client matters.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
