The Job: Senior Fund Controller

The Location: London
The Opportunity:
A leading global alternative investment manager is undergoing major expansion across Europe, and they’re looking to bring on a Senior Fund Controller to join their high-performing London team.
This is a strategic, commercially focused role at the heart of a rapidly growing EUR multi bn+ private credit and private equity platform. It goes far beyond BAU reporting - you’ll be embedded directly across investment, operations, and investor-facing functions, shaping how capital is deployed and how the platform scales.
The Responsibilities:
* Responsible for building investment vehicles and products.
* Managing the operations and reporting aspects of the core investment strategy.
* Implement and improve the current system and processes in place.
* Managing TPAs, entity maintenance, investor reporting, and audit leadership.
* Overseeing fund operations across complex multi-jurisdictional structures
* Supporting fund expansion and shaping new operating frameworks as the business grows
The Role:
* A qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in a fund controller or fund accounting role gained in-house at an Alternative Investment fund manager within either PE, Private credit, or Debt.
* Experience in reviewing the work at a high level and a detailed level of work produced by external fund administrators.
* Well-versed in working closely with stakeholders - confident working closely with the Deals and Investment team as well as managing outsourced providers.
