This school is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join their team as a School Receptionist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, while also providing vital administrative support to help the school run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and redirectmunications as needed.
3. Maintain accurate student attendance records and support daily registration tasks.
4. Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as preparing documents, filing, and data input.
5. Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings and school events.
6. Keep the reception area weing, organised, and presentable.
Key Skills and Qualifications
7. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role in an educational setting.
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanour.
9. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school systems such as SIMS.
11. Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
12. Amitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
