ROLE: Lifecycle Manager
HOURS: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm - with Hybrid working
LOCATION: HM Navel Base, Plymouth, Devonport Royal Dockyard

At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a driven and experienced Lifecycle Manager to lead the planning & delivery of asset renewal & refurbishment works.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Scope, procure and oversee project lifecycle works - coordinating with internal teams, external contractors to deliver projects on time & budget.
2. Act as the technical lead for asset coordination and annual surveys, ensuring all lifecycle activities meet compliance & contractual performance criteria.
3. Manage lifecycle budgets, monitor expenditure, tracking all applications to forecast and ensure value for money.
4. Collaborate with Clients, SPV's and internal leadership to report on lifecycle progress, address concerns and support strategic decision making.
5. Work closely with PFI Exit teams to align lifecycle works with handback requirements.
6. Liaise with Stakeholders, client and sub contractors for works performed
Required Qualifications:
7. Experienced in Sub contractor, Stakeholder and Client Management,
8. A working background within Projects, Asset Management and Lifecycle projects,
9. Experience with site walk downs, conducting surveys, identifying work to be done,
10. Oversee the project and work from conception to completion,
11. Proficient with MS Platforms, excel, spreadsheets, reporting etc.
