I have a teenage son, a friendly dog and two cats and live in a rural but beautiful area. I’m a creative, spiritually minded person, and used to run my own business as a yoga and fitness professional, even further back worked in the TV Production and publishing. Your duties would include admin work, advocating on my behalf, general house work, cooking and preparing food, collecting medication from the local chemists, and escorting to the GP/dentist etc. but they would vary hugely according to the day. Due to my health I am socially isolated and will sometimes like to chat, but other times its essential that my need for quiet and stillness is understood.
