FIELD BASED ROLE IN WEST MIDLANDS
We are looking for proactive Estate Manager in the Pub Partners Estate Team, a key role at the heart of the Pub Partners business. As well as being a lead member of the Estates Team, the role will deal with key income streams for Pub Partners and the wider business, working closely with the Divisional Property Director, the Senior Estate Manager, the Pub Partners Ops team and the Pub Partners Property team.

Job Description
As our Estate Manager you will...
10. Pro-actively manage the Pub Partners estate
11. Represent the Estates team in key internal & external meetings
12. Timely manage all Pub Partners estate matters such as new agreements, lease renewals & rent reviews, all in accordance with the Pubs Code
13. Review and sign off on all rental valuations, negotiations and settlements
14. Provide updates and reports to the key stakeholders in the business including Property, Operations & Finance
15. Train and coach of Operations team including briefings on Estate, Code and RICS matters, attending regional Operations meetings when appropriate.
16. Pubs Code and Landlord & Tenant Act advice
17. Manage the asset disposal programme
18. Manage external agents and solicitors on all estate matters
19. Assist with the delivery of the ESG strategy and the PP Capex programme.
20. Share and adopt best practice and innovative solutions across your team

Qualifications
RICS qualified with a minimum of two years’ experience in a General Practise surveying role.
