Embrace Care is recruiting a Service Manager for our CQC-regulated service in Chester, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Needs.
This is your opportunity to help shape a safe, nurturing, and high-quality care environment, while leading a dedicated team and supporting the Care Manager in day-to-day operations.

Your Role as Deputy Care Manager:
* Support the Care Manager in delivering a person-centred care service
* Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
* Drive high standards in care planning, safeguarding, and behavioural support
* Help prepare for Ofsted inspections and ensure compliance
* Work closely with families, external agencies, and professionals
* Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that supports development and independence
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Deputy or Manager in an CQC-regulated setting
* Strong background in delivering person-centred care
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management – Adult Care (or working towards)
* A genuine passion for high-quality care and personal development
* Leadership skills to inspire and support your team
