Our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate) advises UK and international businesses across sectors to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
Now, we’re looking for a Commercial Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join our expanding team.

✅ You’re qualified in England & Wales (or hold an equivalent international qualification)
✅ You have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
✅ You’re confident managing client relationships directly
